Structural heart diseases include:Patients with complex heart valve disease need the highest level of skill and service we can provide. That’s why we’ve brought together a team of interventional cardiologists, echocardiographers, surgeons, nurses, echo technicians, and specialized physicians and staff all in one place. Munson Medical Center’s Structural Heart Program allows people who have severe valve abnormalities to be seen by this cohort of experts during one visit.

What to Expect During Your Clinic Visit

An Individualized Treatment Plan

Our team of heart specialists will evaluate every possible option to find the best way to treat your particular condition. Treatments may include medication and/or surgical or nonsurgical options, including several emerging, minimally invasive valve replacement and repair procedures. You will leave feeling confident that your care plan has been developed just for you, and was agreed upon by our team of experts. Your heart team will share your treatment plan with your primary care physician and/or cardiologist so they can remain involved in your care.
