Cardiac rehab services rehabilitate the heart after a heart attack, open-heart surgery, insertion of a stent or PTCA procedure, qualified heart failure or stable angina, and qualified peripheral vascular disease.

A referral is needed for this program. If you feel you have a qualifying diagnosis, speak to your physician to obtain a referral.

Munson Healthcare Charlevoix Cardiac Rehabilitation and Wellness Program is certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
This certification proves that Charlevoix Cardiac Rehab is getting quality results that are benchmarked state-wide and nationally.

No appointment is needed, but we offer online scheduling for your convenience. Click here to schedule an appointment. Bring your physician’s order and insurance information. Your results will be sent to your doctor quickly.

Effective treatment begins with an accurate diagnosis. We have the latest technology and experienced, knowledgeable staff to conduct the tests you need to begin your return to good health. Services include:

• Bone density
• Computerized tomography (CT) scan of the abdomen, chest, extremities, head, and pelvis, and CT biopsies
• Mammography
• MRI (conventional and open)
• Nuclear medicine
• Ultrasound of the abdomen, aorta, breast, carotid, kidneys, pelvis/transvaginal, scrotum, soft tissue masses, thyroid. Also 3D and 4D obstetrics ultrasounds, breast biopsy and fine needle aspirations, pediatric ultrasounds, and surgical guidance procedures.
