Support Chill Out for Winter Safety Chill Out for Winter Safety was developed following the passing of a vibrant young girl named Carly. Carly was eight years old when she lost her life in a tragic sledding accident. Carly's mom and Munson Healthcare team member, Tammie Budrow, created the Chill Out program to help protect other families from suffering the same tragedy.
