How to Register for Outpatient or Rehabilitation Services If you are coming to the hospital for an outpatient procedure or test, or for rehabilitation services for the first time, please enter the hospital through the main entrance. A greeter or Patient Access specialist will direct you to a Patient Access desk to complete the registration process.
