Medicaid Eligibility Renewals During the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, Michigan paused the Medicaid renewal process to prevent users from losing coverage during this time. With the end of the Public Health Emergency, Michigan restarted Medicaid renewals on April 1, 2023. What you must do now: Update your address, phone number, and email address at michigan.gov/mibridges or contact your local MDHHS office.
