Our Pre-Services Department is here to help you schedule many outpatient services at convenient locations across northern Michigan. View the services we can schedule at each location.
Important notes:
- An order from your provider is required before scheduling.
- If your insurance requires authorization, it must be obtained through your provider’s office prior to scheduling.
