Cardiologist Kristen Maurice, D.O., will discuss the “Long-term Cardiovascular Manifestations of COVID-19” as part of the virtual meeting of the Long COVID Support Group from 5 - 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 5. The public is invited to join the presentation.

Dr. Maurice is the medical director of the Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic. She is board certified in cardiology, advanced heart failure, cardiac transplantation, left ventricular assist devices, and pulmonary hypertension. Her talk will be 15 - 20 minutes of the first half of the meeting followed by a question-and-answer session.
The second half of the meeting will be an open discussion facilitated by trained professionals to help foster an environment of support and camaraderie among participants.
The Long COVID Support Group meets the first Thursday of each month via Zoom.
