Munson Healthcare OMH Medical Group – Indian River is pleased to welcome Alyssa Pechta, D.N.P., F.N.P.-BC, as a provider in the Walk-In Clinic.
Pechta is a Michigan native from St. Ignace. She received her nursing degree from Ferris State University and started her medical career in 2013 working as a registered nurse in critical care and emergency departments. In 2019, she went back to school to receive her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Michigan.
"I enjoy educating and helping patients to truly understand their medical care, as well as treating each patient as if they were my own family,” Pechta said.
In her free time, she enjoys nature, camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, reading, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé, family, and German wirehaired pointer.
