This price list is based on information we have gathered from our claims and insurance payment files. This is not a guarantee of what you will be charged. Your actual charges may differ from the estimated charges for many reasons, including the seriousness of your medical condition, actual time the procedure takes, the services and supplies that you receive, and the location you receive services.

Healthcare costs are complex issues and each patient’s needs and health journey will vary, just like each hospital provides care in a community and context that varies across the state and region.

In addition, some of the healthcare providers who treat you at a Munson Healthcare facility are independent and will bill you separately. Some examples are pathologists, radiologists, and other independent providers who Munson Healthcare contracts with to provide these services. Their fees are in addition to the fees on this price list.

If you have insurance, your benefits will ultimately determine the amount you owe (including deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket maximums).  Your insurance company may be able to help you with this information.
