About Us
Munson Urgent Care - Gaylord (formerly Otsego Memorial Hospital Walk-In Clinic/Medcare) is a great choice when you have an illness or injury that is too urgent to wait but does not require a trip to the emergency department.
Our doctors are experienced in evaluating and treating patients of all ages who have minor illnesses and injuries.
No appointment is necessary, and patients are seen in the order of arrival. However, priority may be given to a patient who has a more severe complaint or injury.
If the illness or injury is beyond the scope of services provided at the clinic, patients are referred to the on-call physician or our emergency department.

In addition to the care and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, services include:
- Complex wound care management
- CT scans and MRI
- Dietary consultations
- Physical and occupational therapy

We also offer Occupational Medicine professional and pre-employment services:

- Drug screening and MRO services: Hours: M-F: 8am-3pm | Sat.-Sun. 8am-1pm
