As part of the transition to a new electronic health record provided by Cerner Health, our office recently introduced a new patient portal called MyHealthInfo.
MyHealthInfo makes it fast and easy to view your personal medical history including test results, clinical information, immunization records, and medication history. You also can securely message your doctor to discuss a concern, as well as request/reschedule or cancel an appointment, request a prescription refill, or update the personal information you have on file. Messages are sent securely and returned securely via the new portal.
Your MyHealthInfo patient portal will give you access to your medical records from our office, other offices on the same platform, as well as records from the hospital, all in one convenient location.

Fees and Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service. If special payment arrangements are necessary, please discuss this with us.
We participate with most major insurance companies including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and PPOM. Please check with our staff prior to your appointment regarding your coverage. Each patient is responsible for any balance not paid by insurance.
If you are not able to pay for the care you expect to receive, please ask our staff about financial assistance programs. Munson Healthcare Cadillac Hospital has resources available to help you determine eligibility for programs aimed at ensuring access to health care and, if you qualify, reducing the patient cost of care.
We are open weekdays and select evenings for your convenience. Office visits are by appointment only. If you cannot keep an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. This will allow us to offer the time to others who may be in need of treatment. If you are a new patient, please arrive a few minutes early in order to complete medical and insurance forms.
