About Our Practice

Munson Healthcare Foster Family Primary Care offers comprehensive primary care for patients throughout their lifetime. From well-child check-ups and minor injuries to acute illness and chronic health conditions, we’ll take great care of you and your family. 

The clinic’s location within the Foster Family Community Health Center offers patients convenient access to an onsite laboratory, pharmacy, and radiology services. Virtual visits are also available at this clinic.

The clinic is best accessed through the building’s north entrance off of Munson Ave.

Open Monday 7 am to 4:30 pm, and Tuesday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. To make an appointment, call 231-935-8460.

After Hours Care

If you need to speak with a provider when the office is not open, call Munson Medical Center at 231-935-5000 and ask to be connected to the Foster Family Primary Care provider on call. One of our providers is always available by phone.
