About Our Practice

Thank you for choosing Munson Healthcare Elmwood Primary Care. We enjoy seeing both adults and children in our office. From well child check-ups and minor injuries to acute illness and chronic health conditions, we’ll take great care of you and your family. Virtual visits are available with our clinic.

Our clinic's parking lot is behind the building and can be accessed by the alley on Elmwood Avenue.

Munson Healthcare Elmwood Primary Care does not offer laboratory services onsite. Please visit our Lab Services web page to find the most convenient location for you.
