Mary Free Bed Cancer Rehabilitation Appointments Have Moved

Starting Mon., June 1, all cancer rehabilitation appointments in Traverse City will take place at Mary Free Bed’s existing space within the Foster Family Community Health Center located at 550 Munson Avenue. The clinic is located through the North Entrance on the ground floor, between the Café and the Pharmacy. Phone and fax numbers remain the same.

This move will improve rehabilitative therapy resources and provide patients with greater appointment availability. If you have any questions, please reach out to your care team.
