Cardio Sculpt 
A blend of cardio and strength training using a variety of styles and equipment. No two classes are the same!

Pilates 
Improve your core strength and more while focusing on lean muscles and stability moves. Pilates is a great way to help achieve better posture, lean muscles and increased flexibility.

Special Circuit
Circuits using a variety of equipment.
Wednesday, 5-5:45 pm (Stephanie)

Spin
This cycle class is designed to mimic an outdoor ride. It will challenge you with different hill workouts and intervals, all while riding indoors to motivating music.

Step Aerobics
Boost your heart rate with choreographed movements. Step aerobics is an up-tempo way to get your heart pumping and stay fit.

Strength Cardio Circuit
This class is designed to challenge individuals through strength training circuits. Participants will exercise using different equipment (battle ropes, dumbbells, TRX straps, etc.) for 40 seconds followed by a 20 second recovery. This exercise-rest rhythm will continue for 35-40 minutes. Every class will end with a cool down/stretch.
Monday & Thursday, 6:15-7 am (Tyler)

Total Toning 
Define, sculpt and build lean muscle using a variety of equipment and techniques.
Wednesday, 9:15-9:45 am (Mary)

Yoga
Participants will help gain flexibility and strength, release tension, and develop a strong sense of wellbeing through yoga poses and breathing techniques.
Monday & Wednesday, 9:45-10:30 am (Mary)
