Munson Medical Center construction works continues this summer.
Through June 28, crane work will close Sixth Street between the entrance to the hospital’s main lobby and Madison Street. The closing will also affect the Madison Street and Sixth Street intersection. Traffic to and from the west side of the hospital campus will use Circle Drive.
The new street in front of the Cowell Family Cancer Center linking Beaumont Place and Madison Street is fully operational to allow traffic flow between the east and west side of the campus.
Meanwhile a project to complete Kids Creek restoration on the Munson Medical Center campus is complete. A new bridge has been installed across the creek at the Seventh Street entrance to the Emergency Department.
