Little Traverse Primary Care, located at 8881 M-119 in Harbor Springs, has joined Munson Healthcare as of Jan. 1.
The location and phone number remain the same; however, the office name has changed to Munson Healthcare Little Traverse Primary Care. Munson Healthcare also plans to utilize space within the clinic for visiting specialty care providers and ancillary services.
Munson Healthcare Little Traverse Primary Care provides primary care services for adults and children, specializing in preventive and wellness medicine. Providers are Martin Jankowski, D.O.; Sarah Wolf, D.O.; Rachel Burmeister, N.P.; Kimberly Clark, N.P.; and Emilee Kennedy, N.P.
Munson Healthcare Little Traverse Primary Care participates with most major insurance plans and can be reached at 231-347-5400. The office is open Monday and Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Thursday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
