Genevieve Bates (2022)
Genevieve grew up in Fishers, IN and completed her PharmD from Butler University in 2022.  After successful completion of her PGY1 at Munson, she went west and took a clinical pharmacist position with a health system in Colorado.


Briana Brian (2022)
Brianna grew up in Frankfort, MI and completed her bachelor’s degree and PharmD at Ferris State University. After successful completion of her PGY1 at Munson, she took a full-time clinical pharmacist position with Munson Medical Center.


Carley Dubbert (2022)
Carley grew up in St. Joseph, MI and completed her bachelor’s degree and PharmD at Ferris State University. After successful completion of her PGY1 at Munson, she took a full-time clinical pharmacist position with Lakeland Hospital in her home town.


Tony Huizenga (2022)
Tony completed his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Grand Valley State University. He then proceeded to obtain his Doctor of Pharmacy at Ferris State University College of Pharmacy.  After successful completion of his PGY1 at Munson, he took a full-time clinical pharmacist position with Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan.


Nathan Richards (2022)
Nathan grew up in Milford, MI and attended Ferris State University for his undergraduate and completed his graduate education at Ferris State University’s College of Pharmacy. After successful completion of his PGY1 at Munson, he took a clinical pharmacist position with Munson Medical Center.


Courtney VanHouzen (2022)
Courtney was born and raised here in Traverse City and is beyond excited to be back home, providing care to her Northern Michigan community. She completed her undergraduate bachelor's degree in biology at Hope College and pursued her doctorate of pharmacy at the University of Michigan. After successful completion of her PGY1 at Munson, she started her PGY2 Oncology residency at Munson Medical Center.


Brooke Baker (2021) 

Brooke grew up in West Bloomfield, MI and completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Michigan before going on to complete her PharmD at the University of North Carolina. After completing her PGY1 here at Munson, she is going on to a PGY2 in pediatrics at Duke University Hospital.


Morgan Wood (Buckingham) (2021) 

Morgan grew up in Newberry, MI and completed her bachelor’s degree at Central Michigan University before going on to complete her PharmD & MBA at Ferris State University. Immediately after completing the PGY1 residency, Morgan took a full-time position as clinical pharmacist at Munson Healthcare Grayling.


Joseph Haroney (2021) 

Joseph grew up in Chelsea, MI and completed his bachelor’s degree at Western Michigan University prior to pharmacy school at the University of Michigan. Immediately after completing the PGY1 residency, Joseph took a full-time position as clinical pharmacist at Munson Medical Center.


Derek Linskey (2021) 

Derek grew up in Flint, MI and earned his PharmD from the University of Michigan in 2021. Immediately after completing the PGY1 residency, Derek took a full-time position as a pharmacy clinical coordinator at Memorial Healthcare in Owosso, Michigan.  


Hannah Moore (2021) 

Hannah grew up in Taylor, MI and completed her bachelor's degree at the University of Michigan before going to Wayne State University to complete her PharmD. Immediately after completing the PGY1 residency, Hannah took a position as a clinical pharmacist at Beaumont Health. 


Alison Saunders (2021) 

Alison grew up in Fenton, MI and completed her bachelor's degree at Grand Valley State University. She obtained her PharmD at the University of Colorado. Immediately after completing the PGY1 residency, Alison took a position as a clinical pharmacist at Munson Medical Center. 


Carrie Berkompas (2020)
Carrie Berkompas grew up in Rudyard, MI and completed her bachelor’s degree at Alma College. She obtained her PharmD from the University of North Carolina at the Asheville campus. Immediately after completing the PGY1 residency, Carrie took a position as a clinical pharmacist at Munson Medical Center. 


Danielle Bouza (2020)
Danielle grew up in Bay City, MI. She received her bachelor’s degree and PharmD from Ferris State University. Immediately after completing the PGY1 residency, Danielle took a position as a clinical pharmacist at Munson Medical Center. 


Ali Cook (2020)
Ali was born and raised in Rockford, MI. She completed her undergrad at CMU and PharmD at Ferris. Immediately after completing the PGY1 residency, Ali took a position as a clinical pharmacist at Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph, Michigan.


Kyle Neilly (2020)
Kyle grew up in Pentwater, MI. He completed his undergrad and pharmacy education at Ferris State University. Immediately after completing the PGY1 residency, Kyle took a position as a clinical pharmacist at Munson Manistee Hospital.


Bradley Wuthrich (2020)
Bradley grew up in Muncie, IN and completed his PharmD at Purdue University in 2020. Immediately after completing the PGY1 residency, Brad took a position as a clinical pharmacist at Munson Medical Center.


Bryant Froberg (2019)
Bryant grew up in Baraga, MI. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan and completed his PharmD at Ferris State University.  After completing his PGY1 residency at Munson Medical Center, he stayed on as the PGY2 infectious diseases pharmacy resident.


Molly Macek (2019)
Molly completed her pharmacy education at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She has completed a PGY2 in emergency medicine at Jackson medical center in Miami, Florida where she has also obtained a clinical pharmacist job.


Miranda Maitland (2019)
Miranda completed her pharmacy education at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. She is now the Assistant Director of Pharmacy at War Memorial Hospital in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.


Rachel Pavona (2019)
Rachel attended Ferris State University for her undergraduate and graduate studies. Immediately after completing the PGY1 residency, Rachel took a position as a clinical pharmacist at Munson Medical Center. 


Colton Zwart (2019)
Colton attended Ferris State University for his undergraduate and pharmacy education. He completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Munson Medical Center and was the first PGY2 oncology pharmacy resident at Cowell Family Cancer Center. Colton is now a clinical pharmacist at Cowell Family Cancer Center.


John Farris (2018)
John completed his pharmacy education at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa receiving both his PharmD and Masters in Business Administration. Post residency: John became a clinical pharmacist at Mercy One in Des Moines, Iowa.


Brandon Flues (2018)
Brandon completed his pharmacy education at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Post residency: Brandon became an Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine Clinical Coordinator at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Michigan.


Rachel MacLeod (2018)
Rachel completed her pharmacy education at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. After completing her PGY1 residency at Munson Medical Center, she stayed on as the PGY2 infectious diseases pharmacy resident. Rachel is now an Infectious Disease Pharmacist at Ascension Genesys in Grand Blanc, Michigan.


Julian Muron (2018)
Julian completed his pharmacy education at Midwestern University’s Chicago College of Pharmacy in Downers Grove, Illinois. Post residency: Julian matched with PGY2 in Emergency Medicine at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York.


Albana Pecani (2018)
Albana completed her pharmacy education at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Albana moved to Toronto, Ontario to further her pharmacy career.


Max Woerfel (2018)
Max completed his pharmacy education at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Max moved to St Louis, Missouri to further his pharmacy career.


Molly Bosom (2017)
Molly completed both her undergraduate and pharmacy education at Ferris State University. Post residency: she practiced community pharmacist with Meijer in Lansing, Michigan.


Cassie Diamond (2017)
Cassie completed her undergraduate and graduate education at the University of Michigan. Post residency she became a clinical pharmacist at Munson Medical Center.


Tate Feeney (2017)
Tate completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Ferris State University. Post PGY1 residency, Tate completed a PGY2 oncology resident at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York.


Celine Quevillon (2017)
Celine completed her undergraduate studies at Lake Superior State University and her Pharmacy Education at the University of Charleston in West Virginia. Post PGY1 residency she became a clinical pharmacist at Munson Medical Center.


Katelin Anderson (2017)
Katelin attended Ferris State University for her undergraduate and pharmacy education. She completed both her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and her PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Residency at Munson Medical Center. Post PGY2; Katelin practiced as a clinical specialist at Spectrum Health in Ludington, Michigan. 


Bradley Haan (2016)
Brad completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Ferris State University. Post PGY1; Brad completed a PGY2 critical care residency at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.


John Robinson (2016)
John attended Grand Valley State University for undergraduate studies before completing pharmacy school at Ferris State University. Post residency: John became a clinical pharmacist at Munson Medical Center.


Joe Zerka (2016)
Joe completed both his undergraduate and pharmacy education at Cedarville University School of Pharmacy in Cedarville, Ohio. Immediately post residency; Joe became an emergency medicine pharmacist at Munson Medical Center.


Allie Wasik (2016)
Allie attended Ferris State University for both her undergraduate and graduate studies. Allie went on to complete a PGY2 cardiology residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland.


Derek Vander Horst (2016)
Derek completed his undergraduate and pharmacy education at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich. He completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Munson Medical Center and continued on as the PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Resident.  Derek is now the antimicrobial stewardship pharmacist at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Mich.


Shannon Robb (2015)
After PGY1 residency, Shannon accepted a job as a clinical pain specialist at Florida Hospital Tampa. 


Matthew Scherrer (2015)
After PGY1 residency, Matthew stayed on staff at Munson Medical Center as a clinical pharmacist.   


Lauren Wolf (2015)
After PGY1 residency, Lauren went on to complete a PGY2 Emergency Medicine residency at the Detroit Medical Center.


Nick Torney (2014)
Nick Torney completed his undergraduate and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich. He completed his PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Munson Medical Center (MMC) and early committed for the first year of the PGY2 Infectious Diseases residency at MMC. He is an Infectious Diseases pharmacist, residency program director of the PGY2 Infectious Diseases Residency Program, and preceptor of the PGY1 Infectious Diseases rotation.


Diana Cowell (2014) 
Diana attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., graduating with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. After graduation, she was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy and served on active duty as a helicopter pilot and flight instructor. After leaving active duty, she obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of California - San Francisco. Diana completed her PGY-1 residency at Munson Medical Center and was offered the position of drug utilization specialist.


Brian Ogrin (2013) 
After PGY1 residency, Brian started a clinical/staff position at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Mich. 


Trevor Warner (2013) 
Trevor was hired by Munson Medical Center after his residency, where he serves as a clinical/staff pharmacist in multiple areas throughout the hospital, including the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. He is the clinical lead for the Intensive Care Unit.


Amanda Kogelman (2012) 
Amanda works as a clinical/staff pharmacist in Hematology/Oncology at the Cowell Family Cancer Center. She has been an active member of the Northern Michigan Society of Health-system Pharmacists since 2012. Amanda successfully achieved board certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2014 and Oncology in 2015.


Jason Williamson (2012) 
After his residency, Jason moved to Flint, Mich. to work as a clinical pharmacist at Genesys Regional Medical Center.


Jacqueline Pierick Baker (2011) 
Jacqueline works as a clinical pharmacist at Munson Medical Center.


Chelsea Bennett (2011) 
After PGY1 residency, Chelsea completed a PGY-2 at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.


Erin Bagely (2010) 
Erin started out as a clinical pharmacist at a Veterans Affairs (VA) facility in Kentucky. She has relocated back to Michigan where she continues to serve as a clinical pharmacist for the VA.


Matthew Beachnau (2009) 
Immediately after PGY1 residency, Matt began his career as one of Munson Medical Center’s clinical pharmacists in the Emergency Department.


Megan Fletcher (2008) 
Post PGY1 residency, Megan worked as a pharmacist in Grayling, Mich., before relocating to Grand Rapids.


Ryan Williams (2007) 
Ryan worked in the Emergency Department as a clinical pharmacist in Battle Creek, Mich., after leaving Munson Medical Center.


Jennifer Sterling (2006) 
One of Munson Medical Center’s first Emergency Department clinical pharmacists, Jennifer works in the Traverse City community.


Benjamin Demongey (2005) 
Ben began his career as a clinical/staff pharmacist at Munson Medical Center working in the specialty area of nutrition support. In 2010, he accepted a position as home infusion clinical coordinator for Munson Home Infusion.


Philip DiMondo (2004) 
Philip was clinical coordinator of Munson Healthcare’s home infusion program from September 2005 through September 2010. He became the department’s staff educator and student education coordinator for the DIRECT program with Ferris State University. He was appointed residency program director in 2014 and quickly expanded the program from two to five PGY-1 residents starting in 2015. He achieved board certification in 2009.
