PGY-2 Application Information

Eligibility

  1. Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program.
  2. Currently enrolled in or successful completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 pharmacy residency program, or a program with ASHP candidate or preliminary accreditation status.
  3. Active licensure or eligible for licensure in the state of Michigan

Available Positions: One resident is accepted each year.

Application Deadline: January 11, 2027

Application Requirements

Your application must contain these materials, all of which must be uploaded to PhORCAS:

  1. Curriculum vitae
  2. Letter of intent
  3. Official transcripts from college of pharmacy
  4. Applicants must provide three references using the standardized PhORCAS reference form
