Munson Healthcare works with secure vendors that allow patients to receive personal health information electronically, maintain unique personal profiles online, and provide, update and access personal health information. Each patient portal is provided without charge to registered patients of Munson Healthcare hospitals and practices in Cadillac, Charlevoix, Frankfort, Gaylord, Grayling, Kalkaska, Manistee, Traverse City, and the surrounding areas.

Use of this patient portal is completely voluntary and at your discretion. Munson Healthcare cannot ensure your privacy if you connect your patient portal information to a third-party app.

Privacy Policy

Munson Healthcare has contracted with various vendors to provide patient portals. Each patient portal is a web-based, secure portal that is hosted, maintained and operated by verified vendors. All vendors have assured Munson Healthcare that each patient portal is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and email address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased with the consent of Munson Healthcare.

Third-Party Apps

Munson Healthcare does not manage the data in third-party apps connected to the patient portals, such as Apple Health. Third-party apps are not governed by the same strict privacy and security standards as patient portals. Each app has their own agreement between the user and the app. Read the privacy and security policies of each app before connecting important information from your patient portal.
