Max was an incredible leader in surgical services, developing strong staff and provider relationships and fostering a collaborative culture in the OR, Pre-Op and PACU. Max began working at Munson Medical Center in 1987 as the Nursing Manager for the Recovery Room/PACU. She was promoted to Director of Surgical Services in 2009.
