Betsie Hosick Health & Fitness Center is open and ready to help you meet your wellness goals. Please note that due to restrictions designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19, some services may not be available. We will add options as public health guidelines and our capabilities allow.

We have rigorous procedures in place to safeguard the health of our staff and members. Everyone using the gym must abide by the guidelines. 

Universal masking is still required for staff, members, and visitors -- regardless of vaccination status due to MIOSHA regulations for healthcare facilities and Munson Healthcare's current pandemic response plan.

Parent/Guardian signature required for Youth 17 and under. 

Important Reopening Information

Please carefully review the following documents. Membership applications must be completed and returned to the gym before using the facility. 

Hours of Operation

  • Monday - Thursday, 6 am - 7pm 
  • Friday, 6 am - noon

In-Person and Virtual Classes

We're excited to offer both in-person and virtual classes taught by our own BHHFC specialists! Advance registration for in-person classes is required. Capacity limitations and masking requirements are in effect. Both are included in an active BHHFC membership. Without a membership, in-person classes are $8 per class and virtual classes are $5 per class.

Classes

We offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels. In person group fitness classes are included with a membership.

Equipment

We provide members with a wide range of fitness equipment you’ll love to use – Cybex circuit equipment, Landice cardio, and a well-stocked free-weight room. Whether you're curling, pressing, benching or squatting, you'll find lots of ways to give your muscles the workout they need. We also have a basketball court, racquetball court, aerobic room, and much more.
