“Joan is a safety-focused, collaborative healthcare leader with more than 35 years of experience,” Glenn said. “We are excited about the level of expertise she will bring to our communities in the care of women, children and infants.”

Rikli is joining Munson Healthcare from Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital and Butterworth Hospital of Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids where she has held a number of leadership positions in women’s, pediatric, and neonatal services.

“I am passionate about women’s and children’s health and am excited to be part of continuing to grow services for these populations,” Rikli said.
