MFPC Wellness Program
At MFPC, we recognize wellness as the presence of conditions—within the individual, team, and system—that allows residents to function effectively, find meaning in their work, and sustain their well-being over time.
Purpose
The Wellness Program is a resident‑driven, systems‑aware initiative designed to support meaningful, sustainable well‑being during residency. The program focuses on practical supports, authentic connection, and continuous improvement—prioritizing real change over performative activities and centering resident voice, transparency, and shared ownership.

By completion of residency, residents will be able to:
- Recognize signs of burnout, depression, fatigue, and moral distress in themselves and peers
