The fitness facility has a variety of exercise equipment, including treadmills, stair climbers, rowing machines, elliptical trainers, and stationary bicycles. There is also a free-weight room, stretching and toning area, and an aerobic circuit. A variety of group fitness classes are included in the membership. Personal training, golf simulator, and specialty classes are offered for an additional fee.

Cardiologists and nurse practitioners from Traverse Heart & Vascular provide preventive, diagnostic, and testing services. If your physician refers you for a consultation or cardiac evaluation, we can do a full diagnostic work-up here in Manistee so you don’t have to travel to Traverse City. We can perform tests quickly, often within a few days of your provider’s request. And our staff provides a safe, comfortable experience during your evaluation.
