Support Primary Care Services
Primary care practices are where patients first seek medical attention and receive ongoing care for chronic illnesses. This is also where you can find illness prevention tips and receive personalized healthcare recommendations from a trusted healthcare provider. However, access to quality primary care is increasingly limited due to a shortage of primary care physicians and rising healthcare costs.
A February 2023 study by the National Association of Community Healthcare Centers found that over 100 million Americans – nearly 1/3 of all people in the US – lack access to primary care services.
Munson Healthcare is constantly evaluating the healthcare needs of our community and determining how best to serve our patients. In addition to a number of outstanding hospitals, surgery centers, and outpatient facilities, Munson Healthcare is proud to offer services such as the Ask-A-Nurse hotline and Virtual Urgent Care.
We are committed to ensuring the individuals who live in our region also have access to top-quality primary care services, but we can’t do this without you.
