2023 Fundraising Events

Community events provide critical funds each year to enhance healthcare for patients in northern Michigan. Your support in 2023 made it possible to carry on the legacy of many beloved events, and above all else, improve lives in our community. We are so grateful for your incredible support!

Charlevoix Hospital Holiday Gathering December 6, 2023 | Charlevoix Hospital Café For 30 years, the Charlevoix community came together to support our local hospital during the holiday season. Downtown TC Shop Your Community Day November 11, 2023 | Downtown Traverse City On Saturday, November 11, participating businesses Downtown TC donated 15% of all sales to nonprofit organizations in the community. We are thrilled Munson Healthcare Hospice was selected as a beneficiary! Learn More.
Traverse City Central Dig Pink Game October 25, 2023 | Traverse City Central High School The Traverse City Central High School Trojans hosted their annual volleyball "Dig Pink" game on Wednesday, October 25! Proceeds from the event supported the Cancer Patient Needs Fund. Learn More.
Cadillac High School Dig Pink Games October 18, 2023 | Cadillac High School The Cadillac High School freshman, junior varsity, and varsity volleyball teams hosted their annual "Dig Pink" games on Wednesday, October 18! Event proceeds supported the Cancer Patient Needs Fund. Learn More.
Traverse City Track Club Fun Run October 11, 2023 | Cowell Family Cancer Center The Traverse City Track Club hosted a fun run dedicated to cancer awareness on Wednesday, October 11. The TC Track Club board of directors also made a generous $3,000 donation to support the Cancer Patient Needs Fund. Learn More.
Mio Au Sable vs. Fairview Pink Out Game October 10, 2023 | Mio Au Sable High School The Mio Au Sable Thunderbolts played against the Fairview Eagles in their annual Pink Out volleyball game on Tuesday, October 10, supporting the Cancer Patient Needs Fund on behalf of patients at Munson Healthcare Grayling Hospital. Learn More.
Traverse City West Titans Pink Game September 22, 2023 | Thirlby Field The TC West Senior High School Titans hosted their annual football "Pink Game" on Friday, September 22, raising over $5,000 for Cancer Patient Needs! Nicolet Bank also generously matched $500 in contributions. Learn More.
Benefit Concert for Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital August 24, 2023 | The Barn at Iron Fish Distillery We had a wonderful evening hosting a family-friendly concert at Iron Fish Distillery on Thursday, August 24, featuring Michigan-based indie-rock phenomenon Breathe Owl Breathe! Hospice Memorial Butterfly Releases August 15 - 18, 2023 | Cadillac, Grayling, and Traverse City Munson Healthcare Foundations partnered with Munson Healthcare Hospice to celebrate those we have loved and lost through the annual memorial butterfly releases. Events were hosted in Cadillac, Grayling, and Traverse City. Learn More.
11th Annual Cadillac Hospital Power of the Purse August 10, 2023 | The Truck Stop  We had a fabulous turnout for this beloved event celebrating community, purses, and Munson Healthcare Cadillac Hospital! Over 200 individuals joined us on Thursday, August 10, at The Truck Stop in Cadillac. Learn More.
33rd Annual Grayling Hospital Golf Classic June 23, 2023 | Grayling Country Club It was a beautiful day for the 33rd Annual Munson Healthcare Grayling Hospital Golf Classic on Friday, June 23, 2023! Community support of this event benefitted critical services at Grayling Hospital. Learn More.
25th Annual Otsego Memorial Hospital Golf Outing June 15, 2023 | Treetops Resort We are so grateful to everyone who joined us for the 25th Annual Munson Healthcare Otsego Memorial Hospital Golf Outing on Thursday, June 15, 2023! This event raised  over $48,000 for Otsego Memorial Hospital. Learn More.
20th Annual Cadillac Hospital Golf Ball June 2, 2023 | Cadillac Country Club The 20th Annual Munson Healthcare Cadillac Hospital Golf Ball, held on Friday, June 2, 2023, was a great success! Thank you to area businesses and community members for supporting our local hospital. Learn More.
9th Annual Munson Healthcare Hospice Breakfast May 9, 2023 | Park Place Hotel Thank you for joining Munson Healthcare Foundations for a special breakfast celebrating and supporting the important work of Munson Healthcare Hospice. This event raised nearly $45,000! Learn More.
13th Annual Leapin' Leprechaun 5k March 19, 2023 | Traverse City The National Cherry Festival hosted its 13th Leapin' Leprechaun 5k, presented by Fifth Third Bank, on behalf of our littlest patients and families at Munson Medical Center. We are grateful for the support of the NCF and our entire community!
