Listening to Our Patients

One of the best ways we measure our quality is by asking patients about their experience. Surveys are sent to most patients following a hospitalization, outpatient service, or provider office visit. We ask questions about a wide range of issues that matter to patients – from cleanliness and friendliness to quality of their care. We pay close attention to what patients tell us. When patients point out ways we could improve, we make every effort to do so.
