Munson Healthcare has donated $5,000 to support Club Cadillac, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals recover from mental illness and rebuild their lives. As a 501(c)(3) organization, Club Cadillac relies on donations like this to meet essential member needs — including transportation, work attire, educational materials, and wellness resources.

“This donation is more than financial support — it’s a reflection of our belief in the power of recovery and community,” said Peter Marinoff, Community President of Munson Healthcare Cadillac Hospital. “We’ve had the privilege of employing Club Cadillac members, and their contributions to our hospital have been meaningful and inspiring. We’re proud to stand alongside Club Cadillac in their mission.”

For more than 25 years, Club Cadillac has been a place where individuals recovering from mental illness come not just to heal, but to thrive. As part of the Clubhouse International network, it offers a unique, member-driven environment where people support one another in finding employment, returning to school, living independently, and pursuing their dreams. Decisions are made collaboratively, advocacy is shared, and every member is empowered to move forward with dignity and purpose.

“Our members thrive when they are given the chance to work and be part of something bigger,” said Amy Kotulski, Director of Club Cadillac. “This generous gift from Munson Healthcare helps us continue to provide the resources and support our members need to succeed. It’s a partnership rooted in compassion and shared purpose.”

One of the most transformative aspects of Club Cadillac’s work is its transitional employment program, which helps members re-enter the workforce with confidence and support. This program has led to meaningful partnerships with local employers — including Munson Healthcare Cadillac Hospital, which has welcomed Club Cadillac members onto its team.

“I like working at Munson because I get to help people, and it gives me a sense of purpose and meaning in my life,” said Nicole Bardon.

TJ Rogner added, “This is my first job, and it makes me feel happy to be a part of Munson. I feel more comfortable, and I have a better work ethic after starting work here.”

As Club Cadillac looks to the future, it remains a vital part of the global movement to uplift those affected by mental illness — and a shining example of what’s possible when a community comes together.
