Munson Healthcare is pleased to welcome Jessica Neuroth, DO, to the family medicine team at OMH Medical Group – Lewiston.
Dr. Neuroth was a registered nurse prior to becoming a physician. She chose to be a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine because she aligned most closely with the philosophy of treating the whole body as a single unit, and the body’s innate ability to heal itself. She earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Neuroth enjoys family medicine because it allows her to care for patients across the whole spectrum of the human experience. This may mean giving a newborn their first exam or meeting a patient near the end of their life and assisting them with accessing hospice care. She appreciates the opportunity to make patients’ lives better by caring.
“My favorite part of practicing medicine is helping patients get a name for their symptoms and walking with them on the healing journey,” she says.
Dr. Neuroth has special interests in osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT) to help her patients’ bodies align for healing.
Outside of work, Dr. Neuroth and her spouse enjoy spending time with family.
