Munson Healthcare is pleased to welcome Laura Pond, DNP, to the Outpatient Behavioral Health Services team.
Laura's career was inspired by family members who worked in the mental health field. Growing up, conversations about mental health were encouraged and she wants others to feel that same openness.
Laura values getting to know her patients and hearing their stories.
“I aim to provide patient-centered, collaborative care while prioritizing a safe environment where patients can feel heard and respected,” she says.
She earned her graduate degree from Michigan State University College of Nursing.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys hiking, Pilates, and spending quality time with her family and three cats.
