Hospital maintains consistency for top marks from the national watchdog group.

Munson Healthcare Cadillac Hospital announced today that it has received an “A” grade from The Leapfrog Group for Fall 2025, marking the sixth straight time it’s received recognition at this level. The twice-yearly report card from the hospital quality organization was released in November.

“Our staff and providers are committed to keeping our patients at the center of all that we do and providing high quality care to our community every day,” said Peter Marinoff, President & CEO, South Region Community Hospitals. “We appreciate having these efforts recognized by outside agencies, such as Leapfrog.”

Cadillac Hospital is among 30 percent of hospitals nationwide to achieve an “A” this period.

The Leapfrog Group is an independent national watchdog group that examines hospital quality and safety, assigning an A, B, C, D, and F grade based on how safe the facility is for patients. The Leapfrog Group Hospital Safety Grade was developed under the guidance of a national panel and is based on measures of safety, quality, and efficiency.
