Munson Home Infusion Pharmacy provides personalized home infusion services for patients throughout Northern Michigan. Our multidisciplinary team partners with ordering providers and home care nurses to deliver specialty infusions, IV antibiotics, hydration, nutrition, catheter care, and other infusion therapies in the comfort of patients’ homes.
Patients receive coordinated home infusion care, including customized care plans, medications, supplies, nursing support, caregiver education, IV maintenance, and direct access to a pharmacist throughout treatment. Common referrals include patients with multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, myasthenia gravis, immune deficiencies, and other chronic conditions.
The Munson Home Infusion Pharmacy assists people living in counties served by Munson Healthcare Home Health: Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Clare, Crawford, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Lake, Leelanau, Manistee, Mecosta, Missaukee, Osceola, Otsego, Roscommon, and Wexford.

What We Do
- Our team will assist providers with obtaining prior authorizations and help patients enroll in drug co-pay programs.
- We coordinate infusion dates and times with the patient, at their convenience.
- We deliver the patient's medications and infusion supplies directly to their home.
- We provide personalized, one-on-one care from start to finish, including routine follow-up phone calls from our infusion pharmacist.
- Our skilled RNs will provide the infusion therapy in the comfort of the patient's home.
- We have a pharmacist on-call 24/7.
