2025 Fundraising Events

Community events provide critical funds each year to enhance healthcare for patients in northern Michigan. Your support in 2025 made it possible to carry on the legacy of many beloved events and, above all else, improve lives in our community. We are so grateful for your incredible support!

Katie Heintz Girls' Basketball Invitational  February 15, 2025 | St. Francis High School The 2025 Katie Heintz Basketball Invitational, hosted by Grand Traverse Area Catholic Schools, celebrates the living spirit of Katie Heintz. Ski for a Cause at Treetops Resort March 6 and 13, 2025 | Treetops Resort Treetops Resort is hosted two special Ski Nights for a Cause in March to support the Otsego Memorial Hospital expansion and transformation project.
15th Annual Leapin' Leprechaun 5k March 15, 2025 | Traverse City The National Cherry Festival hosted its 15th Leapin' Leprechaun 5k, presented by Fifth Third Bank, on behalf of our littlest patients and families at Munson Medical Center. Click Here to learn more.
11th Annual Hospice Fundraising Breakfast  May 9, 2025 | Hagerty Center Our 11th annual fundraising breakfast supporting Munson Healthcare Hospice took place on Friday, May 9, at the Hagerty Center in Traverse City. Over $74,000 was raised for hospice, palliative, and bereavement services. Click Here to learn more.
22nd Annual Cadillac Hospital Golf Ball  June 6, 2025 | Cadillac Country Club The 21st annual Cadillac Hospital Golf Ball was held at the Cadillac Country Club on Friday, June 6, 2025. This fun day of golf supported patient care at Munson Healthcare Cadillac Hospital by raising over $25,000. Click Here to learn more.
27th Annual Otsego Memorial Hospital Golf Outing  June 12, 2025 | Otsego Resort The 27th annual Otsego Memorial Hospital Golf Outing took place on Thursday, June 12, in Gaylord, Michigan. This event raised nearly $28,000 for the transformation and expansion project at Munson Healthcare Otsego Memorial Hospital. Click Here to learn more.
35th Annual Grayling Hospital Golf Classic  June 20, 2025 | Grayling Country Club The 35th annual Grayling Hospital Golf Classic was held on Friday, June 20, at the Grayling Country Club. 2nd Annual Charlevoix Hospital Soirée  July 31, 2025 | Castle Farms Members of the Charlevoix community gathered for a fun and festive summer soirée supporting and celebrating our local hospital. This impactful evening raised $93,500 to support critical needs at Charlevoix Hospital. Click Here to learn more.
Hospice Memorial Butterfly Releases  August 2025 | Multiple Locations Community members honored and memorialized loved ones at the Munson Healthcare Hospice memorial butterfly releases held in August in Cadillac, Charlevoix, Frankfort, Grayling, Manistee, and Traverse City. Click Here to learn more.
13th Annual Cadillac Hospital Power of the Purse September 18, 2025 | Fox Hill Event Center This beloved community event was an evening of fun, community connection, and purses in celebration of Cadillac Hospital. This 80s-themed evening raised nearly $45,000 for women's services! For more information on this event, click here.
3rd Annual Uncork Up North October 3, 2025 | Hagerty Garage The Dynami Foundation hosted the 3rd annual Uncork Up North at the Hagerty Garage in Traverse City on October 3. The event will supported life-saving cancer research and provided financial assistance for local women in need through over $50,000 raised. Click Here to learn more.
Manistee Hospital Paint the Town Pink October 2025 | Downtown Manistee For over a decade, Paint the Town Pink honored individuals affected by cancer and raised funds and awareness for this important cause. Munson Healthcare was thrilled to carry on this tradition in 2025! Click Here to learn more.
Traverse City Track Club Fun Run October 15, 2025 | Loco Boys Brewing Company The Traverse City Track Club hosted a fun run supporting Cancer Patient Needs at Munson Healthcare. Runners gathered for exercise and socialization while supporting patients in our community. Click Here to learn more.
Raise a Rosé Weekend October 17 - 19, 2025 | Delamar Traverse City Delamar Traverse City hosted an unforgettable Hampton Water weekend takeover in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Guests enjoyed a farm-to-table dinner, Bubbly Brunch, Pink Out Pool Party, and more!
Mio-Fairview Pink Out October 21, 2025 | Mio-AuSable High School The Mio-AuSable Thunderbolts took on the Fairview Eagles in their annual Pink Out volleyball game on Tuesday, October 21. Proceeds from this friendly community rivalry support Cancer Patient Needs. Click Here to learn more.
Downtown TC Shop Your Community Day November 8, 2025 | Downtown Traverse City Community members headed Downtown Traverse City on Saturday, November 8, to get a jump start on holiday shopping while giving back!
