Medicaid Redeterminations
Medicaid redetermination must be done every year.
Important Steps
- Update your address, phone number, and email address at michigan.gov/mibridges or contact your local MDHHS office.
- When you receive your redetermination packet, report any changes to your household size or income.
- Return your completed packet to your local MDHHS office in person or by mail or submit it online. Be sure to submit by the due date or your coverage may end.
If you are no longer eligible for Medicaid coverage, you can purchase health insurance through HealthCare.gov.
