Office Information and Appointments Our dedicated and caring staff looks forward to providing you with quality oncology and hematology care. Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your actual appointment time so our staff can prepare your paperwork for our physicians and nurses. You are asked to bring insurance cards, including prescription benefit card, all bottled medications, and any x-rays or scans from the past year if they were done at a non-Munson facility. Medications Important information about your medications. Chemotherapy Home Safety Chemotherapy and You (NIH) Keep Your List with You Always carry a current list of your medications and allergies with you. Inform your care team when a provider changes or adds a new medication or home remedy. Take as Prescribed Take medications on time; ask for a schedule that works for you. If you miss a dose, do not take two doses at the next scheduled time. Do not stop taking medications unless your provider instructs you to do so. Avoid aspirin.
