Help Desk Gets Help for Cerner Applications

MHC has partnered with Cerner to provide direct issue resolution for Cerner applications. Starting Aug. 10, Help Desk callers will be routed to Cerner’s Millennium Service Desk when they have Cerner issues. There will be no changes to the Informatics Ambulatory EHR Support Desk or the hospital at-the-elbow services.
